Jacquie is a qualified solicitor and has worked in the media industry for over 25 years, working in London and New York. She headed up the international corporate transactional team at Viacom in London, handling several M&A transactions, including a global IPO whilst there. Viacom seconded Jacquie to Sundance Channel in New York. where she reported to the CEO and managed the Legal and Business Affairs team handling all the TV and film production and acquisition deals for the Channel.

On returning to London, Jacquie joined FremantleMedia in 2008, as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs for the UK production arm of the business, working on productions such as The Apprentice, X Factor and Britain's Got Talent.

She moved to NBCU in 2013 as SVP of Legal and Business Affairs across the international production business where she worked on both scripted programmes such as Downton Abbey and unscripted programmes such as Made in Chelsea. Returning to Fremantle UK in 2016 as Commercial Director, she was appointed General Counsel of the global television production and distribution business later that year.

As General Counsel, Jacquie oversaw a team of approximately 80 lawyers globally and sat on the board of several Fremantle companies. She also worked closely with the executive team on the investment and M&A transactions and oversaw the compliance and corporate governance for the company. Jacquie is a member of PACT Council. Jacquie left Fremantle at the end of 2020 to pursue a career as a Non-Executive Director and is currently a Board Trustee in the charity sector.
