executive leadership Coach

I work with smart, self-reliant senior leaders, TV producers, and creatives operating in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where clarity, confidence, and good judgement matter as much as creative instinct. The people I support are highly capable and experienced. Yet they sense that the complexity, responsibility, or pace of their roles is beginning to ask something different of them.

My background spans two sides of the industry. I trained as an actor before spending over 20 years producing entertainment shows for all the major UK broadcasters, developing formats from first idea to long-running series and leading large teams under constant scrutiny and tight deadlines. That experience means I understand the particular pressures of television — the personalities, the stakes, the unspoken rules, and the cost of carrying uncertainty alone.

The work I do now creates space for producers and leaders to step out of reactive mode. To slow things down enough to see situations more clearly and reconnect with what matters — professionally and personally. This isn't about adding tools or telling people how to do their jobs. It's about helping people access their own resources — the insight, clarity, and judgment they may have lost touch with under pressure — and strengthening the connesction to those so they continue to serve long after our work together ends.

Clients describe the impact as subtle but significant: clearer thinking, greater confidence, and the ability to lead themselves and others with more ease and authority, even under pressure.
