Sarah Hey is an award-winning Producer/Director and experienced Executive Producer in current affairs. During the pandemic, after a career making a raft of investigations for Channel 4 Dispatches, she joined their commissioning team to assist with their ever-increasing workload. Over twelve months she oversaw dozens of programmes including Davina McCall: Sex, Myths and the Menopause and Cops on Trial. She has since been working as an EP for several indies across specialist factual, documentaries and current affairs, for both Channels 4 and 5, helping navigate more complex legal and compliance support from undercover investigations to editorial support and team guidance. She is currently co-execing Channel 5’s hit series, Cause of Death, for Leeds indie Candour.
