Steve Clark-Hall is contracted to FOCUS as a consultant via PACT.

Currently Steve is setting up a LionsGate/Starz 8-part series The Rook. His most recent production, Peter Kosminsky’s The State, was broadcast on Channel 4 in August.

Steve runs Skyline Films with his partner Mairi Bett. Steve is a long serving UK producer and Skyline acts as a consultant for Major Film and TV companies, as UK co-producers, as well as developing original programming.

Recently he produced the Warner Bros productionKing Arthur - Legend of the Sword”. Steve has experience in producing a wide range of productions in different genres, budget levels and for different markets.

Steve produced The Man from U.N.C.L.E for Warner Bros, and  prior to that produced the first 4 episodes of the NBC/Carnival mini series Dracula - a production based in Budapest. Recently he was the Producer on Warner Bros Sequel Sherlock Holmes – A Game of Shadows (Directed by Guy Ritchie, starring Robert Downey Jr.).

Steve is one of the UK's most experienced producers.  His Credits include Nigel Cole’s Calendar Girls. Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla and Kenneth Branagh's Magic Flute.

Steve has extensive experience filming outsided the UK.  Recently he produced Britz, the BAFTA winning 2 part mini Series Directed by Peter Kosminsky - part of which was filmed in India. He has filmed in South Africa (Regis Warnier’s Man to Man), France (Secret Lies, Directed by Julian Fellows), LA (Calendar Girls, directed by Nigel Cole), Hungary (Dracula),  and Spain (The State) amongst other countries.
